Lean back and enjoy our ever-changing menu created by our talented chefs

As we are working around the micro seasons our surroundings have to offer, we often only know what we can work with within days of your meal. Therefore you won't find the menu online, but it will be presented to you on the day. We only use the best local ingredients from local farmers, low impact fishermen, cattle-, pig- and poultry farms. Everything is 100% organic. Even though the majority of our rooftop’s crops are shared amongst the members, our team utilises most of the flowers, herbs, and honey from the farm.

Our amazing front of the house selected (and sometimes even created) the best natural wines, local beers, and non-alcoholic drinks.

The meal will be served communal style, in our idyllic greenhouse. The grand wooden table seats up to 25 people at a time. Upon arrival everyone can enjoy a drink at the rooftop, get to know our chickens and roam around before seated together. We love the feeling of dining with family, and therefore we seat everyone at once and start the dinner at the same time for everyone.

5-course seasonal dinner

From Wednesday to Sunday, we welcome you for our 5-course seasonal dinner. We offer two seating’s: 17:30-20:00 and 20:30-23:00

The menu price is 600 DKK per person

Welcome to our beautiful rooftop for a communal dinner! We serve a 5-course menu inspired by the seasons and all ingredients are delivered to us by local growers, producers, slow-impact fisherman and hunters - everything with a love and care for nature.

We are happy to adjust to most any allergies and dietary restrictions if they are informed in advance.

All our wines are either natural, biodynamic or organic.

Besides a wide range by the glass and bottle, we also offer a drinks pairing, with options specifically chosen for the menu.

3 -COURSE SEASONAL LUNCH

Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, we welcome you for our 3-course communal lunch at 12:30.

The menu price is 380 DKK per person

Enjoy our 3-course menu, prepared according to the freshness of the field and season. Our menu reflects the micro seasons and is constantly changing so we can follow the local farmers and the crops they can harvest, and most important of all: to make sure nothing is wasted.

Gro spiseri breakfast

We welcome you for a tasty morning breakfast on Saturday and Sunday at 10 am from April till September.

Our Chefs will prepare everything 100% organic and homemade

The menu price is 285 DKK per person

- Homemade sourdough buns served with butter and Vesterhavsost (not homemade)
- Poached egg- / Onsen egg

- Coffee and chamomile herb and flower tea

Please note that we do not have the possibility to cater for dietary requirements for breakfast.
