High above the streets of Copenhagen, you'll find Gro Spiseri, our year-round greenhouse Eatery on the rooftop farm ØsterGRO. Here, we invite you to share a unique dining experience around our long tables, surrounded by the rooftop garden.

In our kitchen, we follow nature’s rhythm, letting the changing seasons shape our menu. With organic produce and vegetables at the heart of our menu, we pair our food with carefully selected wines and our creative universe of homemade non-alcoholic drinks.

We work closely with local organic farmers and low-impact fishermen, while the rooftop garden, grown for ØsterGRO's CSA members, serves as a living laboratory where our gardeners and chefs explore new flavours and ideas together.
