Every Thursday to Saturday from November to January - we offer a unique 7-course winter menu. The menu includes a warm welcome drink and a homemade snaps during the dinner.
The stage is set for a gastronomic experience that flirts with the Christmas traditions and simultaneously differentiates from grandmother’s classic dishes. The chefs will centre the menu upon well-known traditional ingredients, but prepared, assembled and served with a personal touch and twist of modern gastronomy.
2-course vegetarian Monday-kitchen
175 DKK - every 1st monday of the month
Every first Monday of the month - from March to October - we offer our popular vegetarian Monday-kitchen - either at 17.00, 18.30 or 20.00.
Enjoy a seasonal 2-course dining experience when our Chefs conjure a vegetarian main course and a dessert with delicious local, organic and biodynamic ingredients. The menu reflects the season and changes after what is fresh from the field and nature.
6-course seasonal dinners
495 DKK - Every thursday to monday
Every Thursday to Monday from March until November - we offer a unique 6-course seasonal menu - either at 17.30 or 20.30.
The menu changes according to the freshness of the field and season, and reflects our environment based on organic, seasonal and respectfully sourced products from good local producers - this applies to both vegetables, meat, fish and drinks that can be purchased on the night.
