In the cozy greenhouse, you’ll find our Eatery, Gro Spiseri.
Every meal at Gro Spiseri is a celebration of seasonal, local, and organic produce. We serve communal lunches, dinners and breakfasts around one communal table, creating a warm and social dining experience high above the city streets.
Our menus change with the seasons and reflect what nature provides — from rooftop herbs and flowers to organic produce from local organic farmers and low‑impact fishermen.
The greenhouse can also be booked for private events — from celebrations and team gatherings to kick-off events or a cozy dinner with friends
The rooftopfarm ØsterGro
Gro Spiseri grow out of Østergro. It all started back in 2014 when we created ØsterGro, Denmark’s first urban rooftop farm, a 600 m² organic oasis above Østerbro where vegetables, herbs, flowers, chickens, bees, and a vibrant community thrive. Here you can see real farming in action, join volunteer days, and learn about organic growing and sustainable food systems.
