Every meal at Gro Spiseri is a celebration
of seasonal, local, and organic produce

We work closely with local organic farmers and low-impact fishermen to bring you fresh, sustainable, and locally sourced produce. Paired with a great selection of wines, locally brewed beers from small Danish breweries, and seasonal handcrafted juices.

At Gro Spiseri everyone eats together around the long table that seats 25 people in the greenhouse - We serve a set organic menu for all guests, for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Before you sit down to eat, you’re welcome to explore the farm, meet our lovely chickens and rabbits, enjoy a drink on the rooftop, and take in the view — all part of the shared experience that makes dining here feel like gathering with friends.

The  greenhouse can also be booked for private events.

Following the rhythms of nature, means that our menu changes on a regular basis, based on our local producers and this is what keeps us inspired on our constant journey towards sustainability.  We accommodate most allergies and dietary restrictions upon notice.

We do our best to support local organic farms, and showcase the variety of the Danish season, and therefore everything you find on your plate at Gro Spiseri will be from Denmark or the surrounding Nordic regions. While most of our rooftop crops go to members of ØsterGro, we use most of the beautiful flowers,fragrant herbs, and golden honey in our kitchen.

Children in the restaurant:

We love when you bring your kids - though in the evening, the atmosphere is more intimate due to our long table style and shared servings. Bring your kids for breakfast and lunch instead and we will then have the time to introduce them to our sweet chickens and rabbits.

As all guests sit together at one table, you also need to book seats for children. Thank you for your understanding.

Accessibility
If you need help getting to the roof, we have an elevator to take you up on the roof-top. Just leave a note in your booking, then we will make sure to get you safe to the roof.


Cancellations policy

For groups up to 6 guests you can make changes (to the number of people, date/time) or cancel your booking until 48 hours prior to your arrival. If you need to cancel within 48 hours you will be charged 100% of the amount of your booking fee.

For groups between 7 and 12 guests you can make changes (to the number of people, date/time) or cancel your booking up to 14 days prior to your arrival. If you need to cancel within 7-14 days you will be charged 50% of the amount of your booking fee, and for cancellation within 7 days prior to your arrival we charge 100 % of your booking fee
