We work closely with local organic farmers and low-impact fishermen to bring you fresh, sustainable, and locally sourced produce. Paired with a great selection of wines, locally brewed beers from small Danish breweries, and seasonal handcrafted juices.

Following the rhythms of nature, means that our menu changes on a regular basis, based on our local producers and this is what keeps us inspired on our constant journey towards sustainability.  We accommodate most allergies and dietary restrictions upon notice.

We do our best to support local organic farms, and showcase the variety of the Danish season, and therefore everything you find on your plate at Gro Spiseri will be from Denmark or the surrounding Nordic regions.
