Our menu celebrates the very best of the season. We work hand-in-hand with local organic farmers and thoughtful fishermen to bring you fresh, sustainable, and thoughtfully sourced produce. Since we follow nature’s rhythm, our menu may occasionally do a little improv—but that’s exactly what keeps it inspiring, and just how it should be when we follow nature’s rhythm. While most of our rooftop crops go to our farm members, we sneak in the juiciest and most beautiful flowers, the most fragrant herbs, and even a touch of golden honey straight from the farm to put on your plate.
