Private Events – Terms & Conditions

Thank you for considering Gro Spiseri for your private event. We look forward to welcoming you and helping you create a memorable experience.

The following terms and conditions apply to all private event bookings at Gro Spiseri.

By confirming a private event booking and paying the required deposit, you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Booking Confirmation & Deposit

  • A private event booking is only secured once the required deposit has been received. All other offers are non-binding

  • The deposit amount will be specified in your individual offer.

  • Any specific arrangements or agreements must be confirmed in writing with Gro Spiseri.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your private booking free of charge up to 30 days before the event date.

  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event are non-refundable, and we will retain 100% of the confirmation deposit.

3. Changes & Final Number of Guests

  • Changes to the number of guests must be confirmed no later than 7 days before the event. The final invoice will be based on the number of guests specified prior to the event, even if fewer guests attend.

  • Significant changes made less than 7 days before the event may not be accommodated and could be subject to additional charges.

4. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

  • Allergies and dietary restrictions must be communicated at least 7 days in advance.

  • We do our best to accommodate all dietary needs, but cannot guarantee adjustments for information received later than this.

5. Payment & Additional Charges

  • The remaining balance will be invoiced after the event. It is not possible to pay on the day of the event.

  • Any additional food, beverages or services purchased beyond the agreed booking package will be added to the final invoice.

  • Additional drinks or other purchases made during the event may be noted by our staff and included in the final settlement.

  • Any additional charges agreed upon before or during the event will be included in the final invoice.

6. Food & Beverage Packages

  • The food and beverage arrangements will be based on the package selected and confirmed in your booking.

  • Any drinks packages or menu preferences must be agreed upon in advance.

  • Requests for changes to the agreed menu or beverage arrangements are subject to availability and must be approved by Gro Spiseri.

  • Additional beverages outside the selected package will be charged separately.

7. Event Duration & Additional Time

  • Your private event includes the venue rental for the specific date and time stated in your booking confirmation.

  • The venue must be vacated at the agreed ending time unless an extension has been arranged in advance.

  • Additional rental time is subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

  • Any requests to extend the event must be discussed and approved by Gro Spiseri.
